At the Jen Chandler Team, we believe insurance conversations should feel honest, approachable, and even a little fun. We mix straight talk with a splash of humor as we help customers prepare for the future, set meaningful goals, and build strong financial foundations—without losing sight of what makes this community special.

I was raised in the beautiful Inland Northwest and now call Wardner, ID home. I hold degrees in Business Administration, Social Work, and Mental Health, and I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, Brian. While we miss our son Cole—who’s living his bestest life at Bennington College in Vermont—we love staying rooted right here in the valley. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me skiing at Silver Mountain or Lookout Pass, or hiking the trails throughout the Silver Valley. My not-so-secret side gig is being a PSIA-AASI certified ski instructor—and yes, that usually comes up in conversation. 🙂

Giving back is a big part of who we are.

We proudly support local organizations including The Historic Silver Valley Chamber, Rotary of Kellogg, Kellogg Kiwanis, SVEDC, United Way of North Idaho, and Kellogg High School. Each community in our valley has its own character, but together, we truly are one big family—and I’m grateful to be part of it.
